Modifying Students in Expert Mode

Use either the Toolbar or the Expert menu to bring up a tabular view of the student information. To edit existing information, just navigate to the right column and make your changes. Note that you need resize/maximize the screen and/or click on the horizontal scroll bar to get to all the columns. You may also resize the columns if desired to see the information better.

 

To add a new student, you can either start typing in the bottom row or click the Add button. When you add a new student, he or she is initially associated with the Default Organization defined on the Modify Global Settings screen. To delete a student, you can select the row and press the <Delete> key or click on the Delete button. To import multiple students from a delimited text file, click the Batch Import button.
